Is it better to slice graphics to xHTML or to HTML5?
HTML5 is definitely more updated and efficient than xHTML, therefore we always advise our Clients to use HTML5 in their projects. However, if there is a justified reason we are able to provide support in both languages.
Why do you offer PSD to xHTML coding if you use HTML5?
In our long-term experience we used languages such as HTML4 or xHTML. We are constantly mastering our techniques and gaining new experience, thus, we always offer our Clients the best possible solutions, that is why we suggest using HTML5.
Is it possible to change PSD to xHTML conversion into HTML5?
Yes. xHTML is a simple and less developed language than HTML5. It means that, projects written in this language will be easy to understand and to convert into HTML5. However, we have to remember that simply changing the type of the document is not enough in order to fully benefit from HTML5 possibilities.
Is layout export to xHTML responsive?
Yes, it is our standard service. Responsive Internet websites became popular in the times when xHTML was already in decline. There are no technical obstacles which could prevent from creating responsive xHTML template.
Which browsers do you support while coding xHTML layout?
We support the latest versions of the most popular browsers in their desktop and mobile versions: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari and IE10+. If there is a justified reason, we are able to broaden our scope of support to the older versions of Internet Explorer browser, however, that would cause budget increase.
Can slicing to xHTML undergo any further processing?
Of course. We create every code in a way it is compatible at a later stage both in terms of content modifications or integration with additional backend solutions or the CMS. While we are on the topic of the CMS…
Do you convert xHTML to CMS?
Yes. We are proficient in the Wordpress system and feel very comfortable in working with this system in terms of wide range of possibilities it can offer. It is actually the only content managing system that we use.
How long does it take to export PSD to xHTML?
